To be a licensed real estate broker the state of West Virginia requires that you take 90 hours of education through a pre approved educator. Spruce School's Broker course is the most up to date course available in the state, PERIOD!!!! The Broker Course is available in a variety of ways to fit anyone's schedule! You can take courses "in class" under the instruction of Wade Caskey or online with your home pc. These 90 Hour Courses are constantly updated to keep pace with the state exam requirements.
